Practitioners: please share concrete, vendor-neutral playbooks you use to run inspections from scheduling and pre-checks through field capture, final reports, and continuous improvement. First-hand experience only — include what actually worked, with examples and artefacts where possible.

What to include (concise bullets or attachments):
- Scheduling & resourcing: heuristics for frequency, batching, zone routing, technician allocation, SLA targets, and handling emergency rework.
- Pre-checks & readiness: checklist items, communications to the field (photos, permits, lockout/tagout requirements), and criteria to cancel/reschedule.
- Mobile/offline capture patterns: example mobile form fields (mandatory items, evidence types, conditional logic), offline sync strategies, photo/video capture rules, and handling large media.
- Evidence & audit trail: how you ensure consistent timestamps, GPS, signature capture, change history, and chain-of-custody for photos/data.
- Integrations: CMMS/ERP/asset masters you integrate with, concrete patterns (API endpoints, payload examples, middleware platforms, webhooks), and sync frequency/conflict resolution rules.
- Automation & rules: automation recipes that reduced manual work (work-order creation, follow-ups, escalation rules, templated report generation), sample scripts or webhook triggers if available.
- Reporting & KPIs: dashboards and metrics you track (cycle time, defect rates, closure time, first-time-fix, compliance items), alert thresholds, and how you surface trends to stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: defect root-cause loops, training integration, sample RCA templates, and cadence for playbook updates.
- Compliance & pitfalls: common audit/compliance lessons learned, things that break in scale, and recommended mitigations.
